typhoon #23

yesterday`s classes was cancelled due to the typhoon warnings... hey, this is my first `typhoon holiday` in japan! was so so glad when my friend called me in the morning, informing me that i dont have to go to school today! actually i was about to leave the residence when i got the phone call! amen!

thought of ma and gave her a call! i think it`s around 8am, malaysian time lah! was so so excited macam rusa masuk ke kampung... eheheh! had a really nice phone conversation that morning, like how ma assured me that we`re not that `far` apart, and we shared some kitchen `tips` huh? heheh! like the best way to keep poultry fresh in the freezer, never freeze and defreeze and then refreez... things like that lah!

you know what, i actually went out to get my groceries later in the morning despite of the warning! eh, no problem, it was scheduled to hit nagoya city in the evening! so, went out to get some vegetables... was telling ma that i need green vege! been having carrots and eggplants but no green leafy vege! so i went and bought cabbage and broccolli (how do you spell that?) even though it was kind of expensive... and praise the lord, you know what, today, after yesterday`s typhoon, the price of vegetables went up as high as 5 times than before, coz of the shortage lah! heheh! i know i sound like a house wife... obaasan mitai...
